I love Autumn Apples, so I wanted to create a card insipred by the Apples at the Altenew September Inspiration Challenge.
I discovered the Magnolia Ballerina stamp, layering stencils, embossing folder, and die cut that had never been opened, so I used them all on this card (when I do it again, I would skip the embossing folder). I used two shades of red together wtih the brown and green.
I used the Altenew 1/4″ wide 1/16″ thick tape on the back of the die cut bloom for a bit of dimension … I used so many little bits of tape, that having the Altenew design on the backing tape really helped when it was time to remove it.
I positioned the blooms on a light green cardstock base and stamped the sentiment from Altenew Sincere Greetings in the same green I used for my ink blending.
I really love the simplicity of this inspired design.
