This week at Jingle Belles, we’re creating cards that feature an Ombré Wonderland … Ombré is a French term meaning “shaded,” used to describe a style where colors or tones gradually blend into one another, typically transitioning from light to dark or vice-versa.
I started by blending four shades of Green Distress Ink to create my Ombré ink blend. I die cut the Memory Box Marvelous Pine and blended a bit more ink to get a higher level of contrast from bottom to top.

I decorated my tree with pearl and added a star on top. I used the Pinkfresh Studio Notched Corner Frame with Tim Holtz Idea-ology Red Paper. I used a solid red from the same paper collection and ink blended darker ink along the bottom to get an Ombré ink blend.
I finished with Merry Christmas sticker sentiment.
