Collage Encouragement

I love the large size of the new Collage papers from STAMPlorations. For today’s cards, I trimmed two different STAMPlorations Botanical Beats Collage Papers down to 5″x7″ for two large cards with lots of room to write a note.

For the first one, I covered the card base with the Collage Paper and then topped it with one of the the STAMPlorations Quick Cards #25 – Pop Art Faces A2 Card Fronts. I inked the edges of the Card Front with black ink to give a bit of framed contrast.

I added some iridescent gems to her eyelids and finished with a stamped sentiment from STAMPlorations Bold Sentiments: Fabulous.

I’m linking this card up at the Simon Says Mother’s Day/Faminine Challenge.

For the second card, I used another STAMPlorations Botanical Beats Collage Paper for the card base. I topped it with a coordinating floral STAMPlorations Quick Cards #27 – Vintage Roses Card Front that I positioned over to the left side, so the butterfly in the collage paper would be visible.

I added some Eyelet Outlet Silver Pearl Swirl Bling and finished with a sentiment from STAMPlorations Typografia Encouragement (which has been retired) … but you can get the sentiment in a Typografia Encouragement Clear Sticker.

I’m also linking-up at the Anything Goes Challenge at Crafting Happiness.

Remember, STAMPlorations offers Paper Subscriptions, so you can get fun new paper products in your mailbox every month.
