January is the final Challenge at the Lunar New Year Challenge.
Since 2026 is the Year of the Horse, and US New Year has passed, I used the Horse as the theme for a birthday card (since I believe at one point in time almost every US child wished for a horse or pony for their birthday gift).
I had purchased some horse stickers in preparation for 2026, so since it’s the final challenge, I decided to go back and cover a 2 1/2″ wide strip of ivory cardstock with the stickers.
The Simon Says Stamp Wish Big die cut sentiment seemed appropriate for that type of birthday ask. I die cut it from a textured light butter colored cardstock and then created a drop shadow die cutting a second time from brown and backing with vellum.
