The December #staycraftychallenge with Hero Arts and A Blog Named Hero is GOLD.

I started by wanting to use the Hero Arts Ornate Frame Transfers, but I wasn’t sure if they were “gold” enough, so I thought I would try seeing if they would transfer onto glitter paper … and turns out, the answer is yes.

I transferred the frame and one of the ornate elements on top that reminded me of Cindy-Lou Who’s hair.

I took my inspiration from this gorgeous golden photo at the Time Out Challenges.
I added a sentiment (which transferred, but wasn’t super-crisp on the glitter) and accents from the Holiday Messages Hero Transfers and finished with a green card base that matched the green Eyelet Outlet Retro Christmas Tree Brad.

With my golden glittery sparkle, I’m linking-up at the Sparkle & Shine Challenge at 613 Avenue Create.

And I’m joining the fun at the Christmas Kickstart Challenge.
Stef, It is easy to see what inspired your card! I just saw the Ginch for the first time this past weekend and I get the Cindy Loo-Hoo reference now! YOur little sparkling star shapes add the magic to a great card! Thanks so much for joining us at Time Out!
This is just adorable, Stef! Thanks for playing at The Christmas Kickstart Challenge, Jo x
Framing your little tree makes it the center of attention on your card, Stef, and using a glitter background works great for our challenge. Thanks for sharing your card with us at Time Out.
