The CAS Watercolor Challenge for June is Ocean … which was the perfect opportunity for me to ink-up the new stamps from the Technique Junkies June release (many of which have a nautical theme).
I stamped the Fun Starfish Background in Black ink on a piece of watercolor paper and then added shimmery green & blue watercolor paint.
I trimmed down my Starfish Panel for my CAS design and added one of the Mermaids from Technique Junkies Mermaid Kisses stamped in Bluebird Ink on lime green cardstock.
I finished with a sentiment from Technique Junkies Typewriter Set in black on a scrap of the watercolored shimmery paper.
I also made this card for Go Barefoot Day at Crazy 4 Challenges (I know a bit of a stretch, but my Mermaid isn't wearing any shoes) and the Outside Challenge at Just Us Girls.
