This week's Fusion Card Challenge is a vibrant dining splendor.
I loved the vibrant pink and royal blue with touches of white & silver. I started by embossing a a piece of royal blue shimmer paper with Cuttlebug Decorative Tile Embossing Folder … and the happy accident was how the white core of the paper was revealed with the embossing.
I trimmed it down to work with the sketch and added a layered bright pink bloom … I snuck in a little silver glitter paper on the banners at the bottom.
When I was searching for a sentiment, I found this fun chalkboard tag that I thought would work perfectly for a Mother's Day Card design … since I like to send cards to lots of the Mothers in my life, it's never to early to get started on my stash.
I'm also adding my pretty bloom to the April Showers or May Flowers Challenge at Simon Says Stamp.
