After my glitter rant yesterday, what do I see today on Sharon Harnist's tag, but more glitter. Sharon's style is always so filled with sparkle and elegance.
I started by trying to replicate her background with the tools I had. I embossed white cardstock using Embossalicious Regency Swirls, and then I embossed with Versamark. Since I don't have and airbrush machine, I sprayed on Dragonfly Glimmer Mist and wiped away the excess using a baby wipe. I also liked her idea of attaching the inky background to another tag base as a frame.
I will confess I tried glittering my reindeer. I die cut them and then added lots of stickles … and ended-up with a glittery, mucky mess … so into the trash they went
I started over by die cutting my reindeer from DCWV Glitter paper … much more my style. I added glittery recycled snowflakes from one of last year's holiday cards (thanks Cyndie) and stayed with the same *believe* sentiment to finish.

This is beautiful! Your background turned out gorgeous with the spray. I had to do some old fashioned sponging 🙂
Wonderful take on the inspiration tag and I like the deer cut from the glitter paper!
A beautiful tag Stephanie, a fabulous background and beautiful deer snowflakes!!!
Thanks so much for joining Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

Very pretty! Those are the cutest reindeer! Love the sparkly snowflakes and that gorgeous background! 🙂
Absolutely stunning – thanks for the explanation – it really looks like swirling snow. Gorgeous.
Like your emb bkgrd, sparkly snowflakes and deer. I like DCWV “no mess” glitter papers, too. 🙂
