One of the bonuses for winning Amy's Flashback Friday 4.0 Challenge was that I got to pick the theme for the Flashback Friday 5.0 Challenge.
I went back into the archives to my very first blog post (July 29, 2007) ~ Cracked Monet Butterflies where I showcased a new-to-me technique called … you guessed it … Cracked Monet. One of the things I love about paper crafting is trying new techniques … and sometimes, like with this card … the results are sort of magical.
So my Flashback Friday 5.0 Challenge to you is to re-post (make sure you actually do a new blog post, not just link back to your original post) the first card you ever showcased on your blog that featured a Technique … maybe it was Embossing, Distressing, or even Cracked Monet … I can't wait to see it.
And the winner of the Flashback Friday 5.0 Challenge will receive a fabulous assortment of hand-dyed seam binding ribbon from the Button Junkie (she takes special orders too).
Come along & join the Flashback Friday 5.0 Fun (say that three times fast)!
