Anthropologie Inspiration

My sister and I had another fabulous day in Kansas City.  One of my favorite stops was the Anthropologie store on The Plaza … here are some of my favorite pictures I took for future paper crafting inspiration.

Loved this row of fabulous aprons … a reminder to mix up patterns and colors for unexpected effects.

Loved the colors in these stacks of soaps … and they smelled yummy too.

Anthro4
Bins of beautiful floral hair clips … when i get home, I am going to try to make a similar flower using origami.

Anthro2
Loved the combination of the milk blue and green.

Anthro3
Loved this so-cute stitched paper garland they had hanging all over the ceilings … the texty paper was oh-so-fun and the vellum pieces had a beautiful translucency.

Anthro5
Chartreuse with deep plum … beautiful color combination.

Anthro6
Loved these stapled paper squares they had as accents all over the stores, especially the touches of text and pieces of metal.

Lastly, as my husband always says, you know it's a successful vacation when Stephanie buys a new pair of shoes … love my new Sanitas from E. G. Geller (fabulous service & selection) … and Sis got some cute new Sketchers too.

Another happy Sisters Day.
