I'm sticking with clean & simple designs tonight. This one uses a sketch from Nina's Blog to celebrate her first anniversary. She's giving away a set of her Lovely Labels stamps, so make sure you check it out.
When I find boxes of cards on sale very cheap, often it's worth buying them just to get the envelopes. However, in the case of these cards I got from Hobby Lobby, I love the paper too. For this one, I cut up one of the cards and used the piece of paper on a kraft cardstock base (that way I can actually get two cards from one since the paper on the back of the card is the same). The sentiment is Hero Arts Thank You Messages. I can't get enough of this ivory linen twine for masculine card designs.
This card also works for the Crazy For Challenges blog to make a card with a Kraft cardstock base.
Super card Steff. Love what you did. These look like lovely patterns- great “recycling”

Wonderful card, love the colors…Hugs Silke
A true beauty!
So simple, yet beautiful. I’ve been doing that with twine lately, too. It’s the perfect “bow” for masculine cards :-). Thanks so much for playing along with my sketch, Stef.
