This week's SCS Inspiration Challenge comes from the fabulous on-line candle and perfume store Skeem. Their packaging is screen-printed with wonderful vibrant designs and they are reusable as a glass when the candle is done burning.
My card is inspired by the Arboretum Match Box. I loved the combination of colors and the cool layering of the flowers in the design.
I started by stamping the large bloom from Stampin Up's Back to Nature and then continued to change ink colors and add more flowers and grasses to the garden (A Muse Grass; Hero Arts Silhouette Corner; Stampendous Agapanthus Cluster, Azadi Earles Eucalyptus, unknown small silhouette blooms).
I finished with the Bloom With Abandon sentiment from Cornish Heritage Farms. I hope you find inspiration.

Gorgeous…
Great colors and I like all the different images you used. Very pretty!
Oh My… not only do you give us inspiration (and your card is fantastic) but you guys are also showing me some new websites for shopping… dangerous, dangerous, dangerous, hehehehe. I’ve never heard of some of these shops! This one was a keeper for inspiration. So many of their candles look just like the stamps I have sitting uninked! Let’s hope it rains today so that I have an excuse to start stamping rather than doing yard work. :->
Thanks for sharing your creative gift!
i believe the phrase, “OH MY GIDDY GREAT AUNT” would be appropriate in this context, expressing the requisite amount of shock and awe that such AN AMAZING STAMPED CREATION would provoke! come to think of it, “woooooooow!” would also work. 🙂
Love it!
ooh god! You did it again! You made the exact same thing!!!!!!!!! wow!
The inspiration was so beautiful, but so was your take on it. It’s amazing.
Oh my, this is awesome – TFS! And thanx for the links too, you enabler, you!
