Tonight I wanted to make a thank you card for a friend who will be having a baby boy in just a few weeks. I always like to tuck some Baby Shower thank you cards in with my gift. When I saw Kristina's color challenge, the idea finally came together.
I also wanted the card to have a transportation theme … include a star for today's SCS Way to Use it Challenge … and to include lots of layers for this week's Hero Arts blog challenge.
The cute little dump truck from Double D Rubber Stamps was stamped multiple times in Versamark on the Old Olive cardstock. The sentiment circle combines the Hero Arts Happy Everything Greetings and a bib from Stampin' Up's Good Times set. I colored the tiny star on the bib with an Orange glitter pen.
The border is from Martha Stewart. I backed the holes with a strip of the Baja Breeze to bring a bit more of that color into the design.
