Allison’s Suggestive Sunday challenge was to find inspiration in (CASE) a card of another stamper (who has not been a featured stamper on SCS). I chose this wonderful Be Happy Paint Chip card by Becca at Amazing Paper Grace (Becca Stamps at SCS). I have quite a few paint chips left over from my holiday trees, so I loved being able to use another one. I was also able to incorporate the Stacked Ribbon Technique for today’s SCS Try a New Technique Challenge.
I used Stampin’ Up rub-ons and a punched butterfly from the strip of paint chip that I cut off to complete my design. The finished card is 3 3/4" x 6 1/4". Thanks Becca for the inspiration.

Oh my….I love the colours in this!!! I haven’t used paint chips in years!!! I like how you rounded the corners. Wonderful. Joan
Well great, now I am going to have to do a CASE of a CASE! Ha ha! I have a whole bunch of these (since I snagged some last time I was at the Home Depot [I was bored and DH was looking at tools]). What a super idea! Thanks for your repeated plays!
Beautiful!
I will have to try this. I picked up a few the other day and I stamped images, but the paper didn’t like it. Ink rubbed off on my fingers next morning. Rubons… where are you?
Wow!!! I LOVE this idea!! I will so have to try it!!
Oh my word!!! You did an amazing job on this. Wow, I think I’m gonna have to dig the rest of my chips out too!!
Wow, this is lovely!! You know, I’m pretty sure I have a paint chip or two stashed somewhere… Thanks for the great idea 🙂
