My husband is a postal carrier, so I’m always on the lookout for fun mail related images. This week I found this adorable vintage mailman from Stamp Clinic, so I had to ink it up.
I used an old book page from the goodie box I received from Lauren, as well as a letter from Simply Stamped. To keep the aged look of the graph page consistent on the card, the other two images were stamped on scraps left over from the same page.
The sketch is by Tami Mayberry at A Walk on the Mild Side. Finished card is 4 1/4" x 8 1/2".

as i scrolled down the page and saw this card, i first noticed the cool postman stamp (LOVE HIM!) and then i saw the torn graph and thought, “ooooh that paper is AWESOME.. i wonder where stef got THAT?!”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🙂

anyway, it’s a wonderful incorporation of vintage chic with stamping AND new stuff! in fact, i believe the phrase all the kewl kidz are using in situations such as this is, “ABSO FABO”!!! 😉
