… follow your destiny. That is what the poem stones on this card say … pretty good words to live by.
I love the feel of this card – literally. The flocked paper by K&Company feels like the velvet flocked wallpaper I remember from one of my childhood homes. I embossed the chocolate paper strip with the cuttlebug swirls embossing folder and then rubbed my ColorBox Chalk Dark Brown Ink pad over the swirls to highlight them. I took the same dark brown ink and sponged it on the edges of the 1 1/4" squares punched from the reverse side of the flocked paper. I attached strips of silky ribbon and the smooth poem stones to round out this textural combination.
