A friend recently returned from a trip to New York City and brought me a gift of some gorgeous handmade papers. They have a lovely thickness to them, so I thought I would try spritzing a piece with water and embossing it … and it worked perfectly.

I positioned it on top of a piece of torn cardstock on an ivory card base and wrapped the card with some khaki ribbon.
I finished with a Tim Holtz Vintage Flower image attached with foam tape, a sticker sentiment, and some yellow glitter YNS Gumdrops.

I’m linking-up at the Just Us Girls Flowers Challenge. My flowers are also joining the Beautiful Blossoms Challenge.
