The April Altenew Inspiration Challenge is this fun flamingo photograph.

It reminded me of when my sister and I visited the flamingos on one of our Florida sisters trips. It was so fun to be able to get so close to those beautiful birds.

I chose the peachy pink hue for my bloooms and several shades of the green for my leaves using the Altenew Swamp Buttercup Layering Stencils and Coordinating Die.

It get a look like the thatched roof in the photo, I stamped the Altenew Whimsical Heringbone stamp vertically in khaki ink on a light kraft card base and then turned it 90 degrees and stamped a second time. I love how it turned out.
I finished with a die cut sentiment from Altenew Versatile Greetings 3 – Comfort Edition Die Set.

With both Die Cuts and Stencils on this card, I’m also linking-up at Addicted to Stamps & More.
And with my creative stamping, I made my own background with Try It On Tuesday.
I love this gorgeous colour palette, Stef and those flowers are sooooo pretty!
Thanks for sharing at Addicted to Stamps and More.
