This week at Jingle Belles we’re asking you to go back in time … okay, not literally, but figuratively … as we go Walking in a Vintage Wonderland. We’re making cards that feature vintage (or faux-vintage like Tim Holtz is so good at).

For my card, I started with an actual vintage Christmas card featuring a bowl full of ornaments and holly. I framed it with a vintage-like Tim Holtz collage frame.
On top of the frame I added a vintage-like postage stamp sticker and some Christmas sticker sentiments.
I finished with actual vintage trading stamps on the top and bottom before attaching to an ivory card base. I thought the large empty frame helped balance out the busyness of the focal element.
