Old & New

The newest challenge at Shopping Our Stash is Old & New – make a card that combines some of the Old and Not So Old (aka New) in your stash.

I chose my never before used item first – PaperTrey Trees N Patterns Dies. I used them with two different green Gelliarts prints that were in my stash. I used a scrap of gold for the scraps and a scrap of brown for the trunks. I didn’t realize there’s a coordinating stamp set until I saw the name of the set … but I think it works just great as standalone dies too.

I used the Lawn Fawn Slimline Stitched Hillside Borders die for my snowy landscape and attached it to a blue GelliArts print for the sky.

I finished with a stamped sentiment from Simon Says Stamp Good Cheer by CZ Design.
