The December Challenge at Die Cut Divas is Winter/Christmas sponsored by Waffle Flower Crafts.
I chose Waffle Flower Crafts Star Snowflake Kit by JJ Bolton. I die cut the snowflake from Pixie Dust Glitter Cardstock with the backer die from bright blue glitter paper.
I hunted for ideas for what to back the snowflake and eventually chose this GelliArts print from my printing stash.
I stamped the sentiment from Waffle Flower Crafts Star Snowflake Sentiments on vellum, embossed with white embossing powder, and die cut with the coordinating stitched circle die. I used the same stitched circle die and cut it from the bright blue glitter paper to back the vellum. I then attached it to the center of the snowflake with foam tape.
I finished with some touches of opalescent bling on my big bold snowflake.
