The newest challenge at Shopping Our Stash is to make a card for a child.

My card is for a little guy who is turning two and loved trucks and construction vehicles.
I went way back into my stash shopping and found a woodblock dump truck stamp in my stash from 2001 by Double D Rubber Stamps that I stamped & colored with alcohol ink markers before die cutting with a stitched circle die.

I paired it with a quartet of construction equipment stickers that were in a pack I picked-up last year when Lauren & I did our NYC paper store tour using the sketch from Paper Craft Crew Challenges.

I finished with a Block Happy Birthday sentiment from Savvy Stamps and a “2” sticker.
We can’t wait to see your children’s cards.
Fantastic!! Way to go shopping your stash!! I love those construction vehicles…perfect for our “Forever Young” challenge over at Shopping Our Stash!! Your card offers great inspiration to those who decide to play along with our new challenge that begins today. #SOS562
