Red & Blue Birthday

I wanted to try Jennifer Maguire's Background Stencil Highlights Technique that is the August Challenge in the Sharing Handmade Kindness Group.

I decided to try it with Red & Blue ink for the current Color Hues Challenge with Blueprint Sketch & Lumberjack Plaid Distress Inks.

I used Gina K. Designs Lovely Lace Stencil splattered with Picket Fence Opaque White Paper Splatter and die cut using a Rectangle Die from Gina K. Designs Master Layouts.

I added a sentiment from Gina K. Designs Birthday Bash and some blue sequins to complete the masculine design.

I'm also linking-up at the Seize the Birthday No Flowers Challenge.
