The newest challenge at Just Us Girls is a fun Mood Board Inspiration Challenge.
I was inspired by the striped washi tape, the paper straws with a bow, and the scattering of sequins.
I started with striped washi tape for my background. Next, I wrapped my polka dot paper straws in blue ribbon with a lovely bow. I finished with a Happy Birthday sentiment from Gina K. Designs Friendly Wishes and a scattering of light blue sequins.

I absolutely love this card! I think as crafters, we can all say that we have a large stash of washi tape. This is such a clever way to use it!
