This stamp quote from Kay Foley for River City Rubber Works (2005) sums up what I've been thinking a lot lately, so I inked it up for Amy Tsuruta's Woodblock Wednesday.
When I first started buying stamps, it was the words that drew me into stamping more than the images, and River City Rubber had some great ones. This one was purchased at one of my favorite stores – Stamp Thyme in Lockport, Illinois. It was always our first stop whenever we would head into Chicago to all of the stamping & scrapbooking stores (my how I miss those road trips).
I paired that woodblock with another classic sentiment from Impression Obsession.
