Art for Art’s Sake

The newest challenge at Daring Cardmakers is Art for Art's Sake celebrating Pablo Picasso's Birthday and International Artist's Day..

 

 

That was the perfect opportunity for me to turn the scraps of Graphic 45 Let's Get Artsy Collection on my studio table.  I managed to turn them into four cards.

The first one features Friday Kahlo … one of my favorites.

 

 

Next I paired a 2003 Woodblock Stamp from River City Rubber Works with Monet's Starry Night … a strong message for every artist.  

 

 

I love this woman with flowers paired with some of the gorgeous floral paper from the collection.

 

 

And the final one features a lovely artist quote from Monet.
