The current Penny Black Saturday Challenge is to use Pastel Colors (something I don't do as often as I probably should).
I found one of my Penny Black Stickeroos Pen & Ink that features Pastel colors, so I built my card around it.
I added a thin mat to the sticker, a few scatterings of bling and finished with a sentiment from Penny Black Trust Me Builder using this week's Atlantic Hearts Sketch.
