I needed a Sympathy Card, so I went to Unity Stamp Company for some inspiration (according to the post I'm too late to join, but I didn't see any new challenge posted, so I'm joining in late).
I chose to use the colors together with inspiration elements in the photo. I used Speckled Egg, Victorian Velvet and Gathered Twigs Distress Ink to create my woodgrain background using white cardstock scored at the 1/2 inch mark.
I stamped the flowers from Unity Stamp Company … so kind, so caring, so you in Catherine Pooler Rose Petal Ink and colored the flowers with yellow & blue markers.
I finished with a sentiment in the same set stamped in Speckled Egg Distress Ink and some blue gem stone.
