The newest Challenge at Shopping Our Stash is Splish, Splash – create a card using a water medium (watercolors, acrylic paint, etc.) or using an image featuring water.
I painted a piece of Watercolor Paper with Brutus Monroe Creamy Aqua Pigment in Orchid. I intentionally left the brush strokes in the paint for some texture.
I die cut the Taylored Expressions Peace Within Leaves from Grey Cardstock and attached it to the painted paper.
I attached the painted panel with foam tape for dimension and added a few orchid gems and a Taylored Expressions Sentiment Strips – Friendship sentiment.
