This afternoon I wanted to make a card for the I'll Be There for You Challenge at Stay Crafty with A Blog Named Hero.
I inked-up a stamp from Hero Arts Roadside Messages stamp set in Versafine Clair Blue Belle Ink and cut it out with the coordinating die cut.
Then I used the same ink with the Hero Arts Stacked Circles Stencil on Navy cardstock. I liked how the circles in the stamp were repeated in the design of the stencil.
I added a strip of textured red cardstock with two Love from Lizi Gold Metallic Peel-off strips to frame it.

This card reminds me of my town’s Neon Park. They have old signage just like your focal image. That stenciled background goes perfectly. Thanks for joining in at HLS Stecil
