I was so thrilled my sister and I were able to spend some time together in Kansas City this weekend (a big thank you to the stranger who took our photo & told us we sounded like sisters when we thanked her in unison).
We both like finding unexpected public art.
And we spent a lot of time playing games, including this new one Skyjo … it was a fun combination of luck and strategy and perfect while we enjoyed breakfast at Messenger Coffee + Ibis Bakery.
We did lots of shopping at Thrift Stores & Used Book Stores hunting for treasures. We also ducked inside for some cool at the SeaLife Aquarium (certainly not the best aquarium we've visited, but we still enjoyed seeing all of the sea life).
The lighting was particularly poor to get many photos, but that didn't stop us from snapping one with the jelly fish.
One night we walked over to Cheesecake Factory to treat ourselves to some dessert.
Another wonderful time of spending time with my sister (and winning a game of Boggle).
