I had fun creating a Mixed Media Collage inspired by The Card Concept Industrial Modern image.
I started by breaking out my old-school crimper and a rusty red gelliprint with flecks of blue. After crimping, I used my finger to apply some Dylusions Periwinkle Blue paint inspired by the stool in the photo.
I die cut gears from the Tim Holtz Thinlets Gearhead Dies from coordinating blue textured cardstock and added a compass sticker (from The Dollar Tree I believe) inspired by the circular elements on the wall. I stamped the Darkroom Door Candles in the same vibrant blue and cut out three to add to my collage.
I finished with a Snarky Birthday Sentiment from Taylored Expressions Simple Strips Birthday.
