I'm thrilled to be Guest Designing at the Retro Rubber Challenge where the Challenge theme is Tic-Tac-Toe.
I went vertical down the left side with Embossing (clear embossing on my image and sentiment and textured embossing on the background); 4×4 card; and twine.
I used Stampotique Head which dates back to at least June 2020 (with this card) paired with Stampotique Whatever … I paper pieced the shirt & colored his shoes. I cut some View Master circles from a scrap of designer paper and wrapped twine across the top. I finished with a pair of eyeballs.
