Patina Coffee and You

It's one of my favorite times of the year again … the Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.

To me, STAMPlorations has some of the very best Coffee-themed products.  As I was looking through all of my choices, I realized I had never used this gorgeous Zen Coffee 1 Cover Plate Die.  I decided to die cut from one of my Gel Press Prints that has a gorgeous Patina look with turquoise and Copper Metallic Paint.  I love how it looks on the light turquoise card base.

I kept it simple with a sentiment from STAMPlorations Anywhere There's Coffee stamped in Catherine Pooler Sand Castle Ink.

I picked up a new adhesive this week at ScrapMania and tried it for my Die Cut, and it worked like a charm – E6000 Spray Adhesive.

  1. What a cool die!! I have such a hard time with dies like these as they are difficult to adhere to the card. I do have some of the spray adhesive but don’t like to use it inside so I use it more in the spring/summer/fall but not in winter. The colors are really cool on this card, as well.

  2. The card is beautiful and the message is even better. Were can I buy a few cards like this? I would like get them for a project of mine. I thought about making them myself, but then I realized that it’s not really up my alley, so I’d rather let the pros do it.
