I'm excited to be participating in Wanderlust 2021. I've dabbled in Art Journaling, but this will be a year-long immersion with lots of different instructors. I think tomorrow is the last day to register if you are interested.
Tonight I did one of the pre-class exercises with Kate Crane called Scribbly Tiles.
I used different acrylic paints (including two metallics); Distress Crayons; Distress Paint; Posca Paint Markers; and Sharpie Markers to create my Master Sheet on a large piece of mixed media paper.
I cut my paper in half and did 2" squares and 1 1/2" squares and mounted them on black cardstock.
Making *marks* is something that I hope becomes easier with practice.
I think I prefer the smaller squares.
