The current Facebook Challenge for Waffle Flower is to Everything Orange. Since Orange is my favorite color, I had fun combining a number of Waffle Flower Products and Orange Designer Papers from my stash.
I started by die-cutting the Waffle Flower Be a Cat Die from three different colors of orange cardstock. Then I paper pieced the whiskers, head, nose & ears. I decided to use some orange eyeball stickers from my stash because I loved the eye-lashes. I added a bow tie from the Waffle Flower Be Accessories Dies.
My layout is this week's Mojo Monday Sketch. Rather than the horizontal piece across the bottom, I had my Kitty hold a sentiment from the Waffle Flower Lacy Flower Stamp Set.
I had a few painted Waffle Flower Greenery die cut leaves left-over from a prior project, so I added them together with a fussy cut bloom from Waffle Flower Lacy Flower set.
I'm also joining the Simon Says Stamp Inspired by a Movie Challenge … because you know my favorite Orange Cat?
He sure looks like he will make someone smile when he arrives through the mail.
