I chose this adorable card by Mary of Center Stage Stamping.
I changed it from a Birthday Card to a Halloween Card for the September Reverse Confetti Stock Your Stash Challenge.
I kept the layout of the design swapping the Boo Yea! (from Reverse Confetti Boo Yea!) for the Critter and a glittery ghost (with added Googly Eyes … because everything is better with Googly Eyes) for the Balloon.
The sentiment is from Reverse Confetti OMG and the Border is cut from Reverse Confetti Edge Essentials Confetti Cuts.
