For today's Makeover Monday, I was asked if I could turn a collage card I made in June 2019 into a Mother's Day card … challenge accepted. Here is the original.
By a small miracle, I was able to find the rest of the small vintage cards that I picked-up at the printer fair that day (I was not however able to locate those circular stickers), so I ended-up making two make-over cards.
I chose a purple background for the first card to bring out the color in the ribbon around the bouquet of blooms. I added some vintage postage stamps and stickers together with the trading stamps.
Creating these types of collages where I just layer organically from things on my studio table are so relaxing for me.
For the second one I chose a golden yellow background to coordinate with the yellow rose. It actually had a mother tag as part of the card, I didn't need to add a Mother's Day sentiment.
I think I love all three of them equally … I hope the Mothers who receive them love them too.

Ooooo now that I get to see all the bits and bobs, I like this even more! Collage work can be very relaxing if you have all the right things and I would say you definitely do! All that vintage goodness in one place!
I LOVE these cards!!!!!! WOW! I have never created a collage card, but these are amazing! I know a lot of these are stickers, but what about the flowers? Please advise. These are certain to make someone very happy! Frame Worthy! XX
