One of my favorites from the release is this new Drizzle Dots Background … I love how versatile this one is going to be. I stamped it in craft ink and embossed in rose gold on a teal simmerry cardstock panel.
I paired it with some Bronze Metallic paper and some textured mustard paper for the background … I love when scraps of paper on my studio table lead me to explore unique color combinations. The sentiment is Dream Without Fear.
Another great background in the release is called Tree Rings. I stamped it on two shades of kraft and die cut it for two fun cards.
For the first one I paired it with some autumn leaf die cuts and a new sentiment from the September release – Leaves Turn.
For the second one I pulled out a hoarded Sloth sticker from my stash and the pop of a few enamel dots.
One of the great sentiments from the release is called Put on the Hat. I paired it with a spider web embossed in some Core'dinations Kraft Cardstock that I sanded and then rubbed with Black Soot Distress Ink. After I attached it to my black card base, I sprayed it with Harvest Sunset Shimmering Bliss … I love the effect on both cardstock colors … look at that gorgeous shimmer.
I added some tiny spider brads to my spider web and then finished with my sentiment stamped on a lighter golden orange cardstock.
Now to decide who to mail this card too …
The final card features a new sentiment stamp called Walk Through the Fire.
I embossed another piece of Core'dinations cardstock, sanded, and then sprayed with Festive Flamingo Shimmering Bliss. I wrapped my card with newly discovered ITO Gima Yarn. I finished with some rosy ivory pearls.
