The SplitCoastStampers Try a New Technique Challenge is called Merging Backgrounds … when I saw Karen's lovely card and tutoral, I had to give it a try.
I used my MISTI and a piece of removable tape to combine Technique Junkies Weathered Wall & Textured Newsprint. Remember, if you use my Discount Code TJ10Stephanie you get 10% off your store order.
I stamped the train from Technique Junkies Enjoy the Ride on the Weathered Wall side of the background … stamping it multiple times with my MISTI, so it would have more contrast. I finished with the sentiment from Enjoy the Ride on a foam tape raised tag.

This came out really cool!! I love the merging and your use of the Sepia is fabulous.
