The theme at the Shopping Our Stash Challenge is Leaf it to Me … which was the perfect opportunity to ink-up the Concord & 9th Thankful Leaves Turnabout Stamps and Dies I received at the Junkie fest event. My MISTI makes it a piece-of-cake to create a gorgeous background. I used four lovely VersaFine Clair Inks.
I was able to cut my 5 1/2" panel into pieces to make two cards. The first one uses the layout from Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge.
I love how I was able to use the 1" pieces of the stamped leaves together with the Thankful leaf die.
The next one uses the layout from Tuesday Morning Sketches.
This one uses the same Thankful Leaves die without the center cut out, as well as two of the smaller maple leaves.
Love how easy those Turnabout Stamps are now that I know the tricks for using them.
That leafy background is gorgeous, and I love the way you cut it into banners for the sketch and topped it with that glorious leaf die. Beautiful!
