I love shoes … I really love unique shoes (especially if they're comfortable) … so I've been wanting a pair of John Fluevog shoes for a long time, but can't find a place to try them on to see how they fit. So for now, I just wish from afar.
This week's SCS Inspiration challenge is from Fluevog Shoes … I chose these fabulous Tziporah Shoes to inspire my design.
I started by punching circles from two shades of teal, gold metallic and cream cardstock and then attached them in row, overlapping like the shoe design on a neutral card base.
To incorporate the stitched element, I embossed using Essentials by Ellen Stitches Cover Plate. I finished with a birthday sentiment from Stampin' Up's Perfect Pairings. I rounded the sentiment end to bring in that element from the shoe strap.
