This week at Jingle Belles we're celebrating The Holly & The Ivy … in Jingle-Belle-Speak, that means we're creating cards that incorporate holiday foliage … this could of course be literal holly and/or ivy; but then there are also pine boughs and mistletoe … and did you know that poinsettias–whether red, white, green or even PINK –are all actually considered leaves and NOT flowers? so there's lots of room for ideas to "grow" on you!.
I went the poinsettia route this week … the Mondo Poinsettia route to be specific.
I stamped them in two shades of red card stock and added lots of leaves that were die cut and stamped from patterned designer paper. I finished with a sentiment from Essentials by Ellen Merry & Bright using this week's Sketch from The Paper Players.

Beautiful job, I love poinsettias and these are gorgeous. Great use of the sketch too.
These are gorgeous “leaves”! Love the pop of red and green on kraft and the green leaves on dp looks fantastic. So glad you joined us at The Paper Players!
