The cupcake plate reminded me of a doily, so that's where I started my design. I die cut my CUTplorations Coffee Cup from black textured cardstock and attached it to a red textured cardstock base.
Next came the doily … and then a fun sentiment from STAMPlorations Coffee Happy.
