The theme at Shopping Our Stash is Winter Blues … to create a card using blues that IS NOT about winter.
Shades of blue are perfect for a baby boy card. I used a We R Memory Keepers 3-D Geometric embossing folder on the navy panel; Lawn Fawn Cross Stitched Die for the Circle; and Reverse Confetti Cute as a Button for the stamp.
