Today is the PaperTrey Ink December Blog Hop to make a card inspired by this photo.
While the photo is a Christmas Holiday wrapping party, it felt more like a birthday party to me, so that is the theme I used. I loved the colors and the stripes, so that is what I incorporated into my design.
