One of the favorite techniques I learned at the Stamp Joy event this year was the easy elegance of offset die-cut backgrounds. This card uses the Retro Cutting Plate from Taylored Expressions.
I used green and ivory cardstock scraps that were on my studio table and then built my design & color combination around that using the layout from the Match the Sketch Challenge.
