I am joining the Papertrey Ink June Blog Hop.
The inspiration is this gorgeous picture titled "Reef".
I thought I could create a similar ethereal effect by embossing and using ColorBurst. I started with Papertrey Ink's Sunshine Impression Plate and then added Fuschia and Purple ColorBurst. Wetting the paper caused the texture to lessen, so I embossed again after it dried.
I realized when I came back to my computer that I should have included more blue, but I still liked the result.
I backed the Text Block: Party Time Die with Purple cardstock and attached it with foam tape. I finished with a few sequins to highlight.
