The current Retro Rubber Challenge is all about the flowers.
I have drawers full of Retro Rubber Wooden Stamps that have been feeling pretty neglected. I went to my drawer full of flowers and inked-up an old favorite, Stampendous Agapanthus Cluster (here's a card using this stamp in 2007 and another in 2008 … lots of this stamp on my blog). I went Retro with my sentiment to … 2005 from Stampabilities.
I decided since I was featuring retro rubber, I'd use a Retro (for me) card design even adding a wrap of ribbon (which I did a lot in my early cards). I love how all of these retro elements have stood up to time.
My pretty flowers are also joining the In the Garden Challenge at Make My Monday.

Super cute!!! Thank you for joining us at Make My Monday, good luck!!! Amy DT
What a beautiful stamp! Some stamps are simply timeless, and this is one of them. Hard to believe 2007 was that long ago already. Sheesh! I love the simplicity with teal on the peachy coral. The pretty ribbon dresses it up just enough. I’m happy to see your card in the Retro Rubber Challenge. Thanks for playing along with us!
I love everything about your card, the stamp, the colours and the retro ribbon tie – gorgeous. Thanks for playing along with us at Retro Rubber this time. Claire DT

CAS does stand the test of time. The colors are lovely and the ribbon is the finishing touch. Thanks for including Retro Rubber Challenge in your stamping fun!
