When I saw this week's Taylored Expressions Share Joy Challenge, I was stumped. I knew I didn't have any floral elements in my stamp collection, so I decided to get creative.
I did find a cool guitar with a floral element in the You're My Hero set, so I stamped it in pinks the colors of the tulips. I added Harlequin Embossed texture, because it reminded me of the fabric in the background.
I cut the circle from white woodgrain designer paper to bring the element of the chair in my design. I finished with some grey gems from the Eyelet Outlet to bling-up my guitar a bit (and bring in the metal from the bucket).
i love this and your description of how you incorporated items from the photo onto your card – very clever! i didn’t even notice some of those elements; i just followed the sketch. 🙂
